I tried every sleeping pill that the doctors would give me, but they wouldn't work. They would help me to fall asleep but the second I would try to move or roll over, etc., I would wake right back up and remain awake in pain for the rest of the night. I tried to hide the fact that I wasn't sleeping from my husband and daughter because they worry so much, but I couldn't hide the weight loss and the black circles under my eyes, so my husband figured it out. He came home one morning from work with a Zanex that somebody had given him to give to me. I was afraid to take it, so I cut it up, and took half by that night and I slept for 4 hours (I was amazed) so I took the other half by the next night and slept for another 4 hours. (That's the 8 hours of sleep I got.) Then I didn't sleep again, and on the 10th day my mom made me call my doctor (I was completely brain dead but still in severe pain throughout my entire body and I was having severe chest pains)and I asked him for Zanex. He was reluctant to give it to me, but he gave me a few. I now am sleeping an average of 6-8 hours a night, and I take one Zanex before going to bed. I know that they say that Zanex does not give REM sleep, however I believe for some reason it does with me. I am starting to feel more 'alert' and not so depressed. Cheryl - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

I got this email address from a web page describing drugs. It said Zanex is used as a sleeping pill. One friend told me it was for depression, another person said it was for crazy people. Can you tell me what it's for and how I can get some. Ross - USA
