Pain control with Neurotonin and exercise

From Pete Hinniger (USA)

My name is Pete Hinninger. In September 2000 I was In an auto accident. After spending three months in the hospital I returned home to mend. The broken bones healed but the pain increased . I was subsequently diagnosed with RSD. One of my doctors prescribed Neurotonin and the pain became manageable. I go to a local gym and work my foot and ankle five days a week and my range of motion is good and the swelling is far less than it was. If any one can advise me about a diet that may help me it would be greatly appreciated. To all my brothers and sisters in pain… hang in there - my thoughts and prayers are with you
Thanks for thinking of us, Pete. If anyone has ideas for your diet we'll pass them on. Derrick.
