Keeping warm without weight on your limbs

An excellent way of keeping warm in winter time, and NOT having heavy rugs on your sore limbs, is to purchase 100% goosedown quilts (doonas, duvets), NOT feathers which can poke you. Down is notoriously light and SUPER warm. Eg a 1kg total down weight quilt for a double bed is excellent for temp 3degC and way below. 500gms total weight of down quilt for double bed is ideal for between 4degC and more, but over 7 degC you really raise a sweat!! So light for RSD limbs
