Hydrotherapy (at home)
Description
 Used in a domestic bath, this treatment may be self-administered and amounts to a kind of mild massage.

I was diagnosed with CRPS in May 2002 and what a relief it was to have a name and diagnosis for this horrendous disease, instead of being led to believe it was all in my head and my fault as well!

I have also 'discovered' hydrotherapy in my own home which I would like to share with fellow CRPS sufferers as well, because it has made such a difference to me both physically and mentally. It is just wonderful. I saw this unit being demonstrated in my local shopping centre. The man selling the unit was really helpful. He arranged to come to my home for a free demo which actually included using the unit in my own bath.

I now use it several times a week and I am amazed how much better I feel in such a short time. I can highly recommend this for the whole family. It was expensive but my husband and I looked at this unit as an investment for our future health.
